I called Grady's Wednesday morning with a failed AC system not working and keeping or house warn. Set up an appointment same day, they shown up within a few hours. Tech gave the bad news which I already pretty much knew. So we scheduled for a complete new install. This install wasn't small with all new duct work being installed. They came out to clear a drain line, blew all that junk back into my system, which drains to my upstairs bathroom. Now my upstairs bathroom drain to clog and they haven’t submitted any paper work to the warranty company. It’s been 7 days, they’re suppose to submit that the day of the service. Their negligence is preventing me form scheduling a plumbing company to come out and fix the problem they caused
Customer service was great. Luis Partco service man was on time and was able to find the problem and fix my unit. this is a great company and I will call them everytime I have a problem. Thanks
They had super fast and friendly service. They sent someone out the same day and he quickly repaired the issue. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future as needed.
