I’m not usually one to leave reviews, but after living here for almost three years, I feel compelled to share some recent concerns that have affected my experience. Unprofessional Handling by Leasing Office: There have been recent staff changes in the office, and residents were not informed. This lack of communication led to my first major issue. That’s how bad this place is, I’ve had holes in my ceiling for 3 months been waiting to get fixed from a roof leak still not fixed, been waiting for it “to dry” yet it’s now rainy season and it will never dry. Fridge went out after a month here and lost $300 in groceries. Dog area has dog poop all over the place, save your time and money and go elsewhere.
Thank you to Valentina for making the leasing process so incredibly smooth - from a tour one day to moving in a week later, she was friendly, attentive, and sharp the whole way through. Truly cares about your experience even before you are a resident.
I found this place to be great. I think the amenities were perfect, the staff was great. I never had any problems, I did a short term rental through Ready Stays America and they were great too. The location was excellent 15 minutes from everything.
