I completed the fire inspection at this location, these lovely staff members made everything smooth and helpful. Stephany Medina and Valeria Shevchuk were excellent and highly recommend speaking with them!
The best place I’ve lived in Tampa so far! From Management, leasing agents (Valentina, Kate, and Steph), to the Maintenance team… I love it here. Not only do they care about the environment/building and keep up all necessary updates and cleaning but the team is always so helpful, supportive and kind. Not to mention it’s super dog friendly here and there are several events curated each month to enhance the community experience.
would not recommend living here. There are serious issues with this property that management does not properly address. There is mold present, which is a major health concern, and it does not seem to be taken seriously. On top of that, you can get locked out of your own apartment because of dead door batteries, and no one is available or able to fix it in a timely manner. I want to file a formal complaint regarding one of your residents. is a young woman in her late 20's. On Sunday, April 19, 2026, I was verbally assaulted by a young woman who owns a Boxer dog and appears to live in your community. I do not live at Grady Square, but I reside in a neighboring community and regularly walk my dogs in the area. This is the second time this individual has insulted me.
