I can truly and honestly say that I’ve never dealt with a management company this incompetent. I have owned properties in places all over the East Coast and I have rented various properties both short and long term and I’ve never encountered a company that ran anything as inefficiently as Grady Fulcher. From not receiving the proper documentation to them calling me and scolding me as though I were a child just to find out that it was their mistake. Grady Fulcher Management is the best.!!!! I have owned a condominium at the Breakers for 20 years. Every time I call about something, Grady will take care of the situation. He is a very caring man and I feel like he tries to do his best in every situation. Grady Fulcher Property Management is one of the reasons that we don't look elsewhere for another beach place as our family gets larger.
It’s been over a year since repairs have been made to our condo and stairs leading out to the beach. Common grounds are in bad shape for over 3 years. They never follow through and when we approach them in person they some how remember or not. They said they came out to review the property inside but nothing was recorded on the surveillance system which leads me to believe they never did come out. Very rude and uninformative. Called lady to get information about what the association covers and I had to spoon feed her the information. She did not have a list and was uninformed. I suggest Beacons Reach find another association.
