Dr. Grady (Father and Son) are nice polite and Knowledgeable Doctor's. Had trouble with Ins not wanting to pay, called them 2x both X's said they would pay, told the office or Billing manager to call me if they did not get paid in the 14 days they said it would take to get processed. No call straight to collections. Called Insurance again(once I found out) got it paid. Sent me a bill for 2 visits copay... One was already paid and receives collection letter 2 months after bill being paid.
Dr. Grady helped me tremendously with my ocular benign tumor. He is very thorough and caring. I've found very few doctors who really cared about helping me and staying proactive in treating my condition. I've been to several specialists in Houston and I drive to Lake Jackson from North Houston just to see Dr. Grady. You are in good hands when you have him as your doctor.
