Both of my appointments at this eye center were horrible. I came a week and a half ago, waited 3 hours and had to leave due to my schedule and then taking too long. Today, I come back in, go straight to dilation. I was here for 3 and a half hours. I was already frustrated, and they wait until after the appointment to say it's $150 for just the contacts prescription. A waste of my time, I'll never be coming again.
Very poor communication and snotty attitudes from the desk staff absolutely would not recommend wasting your time
Would not recommend this place at all! As soon as you walk in the front desk ladies are very rude , not friendly at all . The rest of the staff are the same , they are like robots . Not friendly at all , not to mention the wait and taking you from room to room. I waited 3.5 hours . The Dr , well about the same. Does not take the time to explain your results and doesn’t seem to care about your eye health, does not pay attention to your questions or concerns . It’s all about the money . Worst place ever ,
Dr Grady and staff have done an amazing job treating me. Highly recommended for anyone needing eye care.
