I had a horrible experience with Grady Dental in Johns Creek office yesterday. Jennifer, the office manager, was argumentative and combative. When I asked to check why I did not receive my billing statement in the last 4 months, she was abrupt and arguing that she's too busy to send out the statement because of short of office resources. I was forced leaving the office without the answer, but I needed the billing statement to make my payment. I felt being treated inappropriately. The doctors aim more for the money than actually caring for their work. I was told by Dr. Grady that I need a root canal. I decided to go to another dentist and turns out I have a small cavity that was able to get taken care of. I have other family members that have been with him and 3 of them already left. One is leaving due to my personal experience. I'd never recommend Grady Dental.
I have seen Dr Grady and the hygienist Shanon for 15 year and I cannot say enough great things about them. The staff also is very nice, polite and professional.

Just another drill happy, no skilled dentist!!! My xrays show open margins and crappy work done by Dr. David Hayward at The Grady Dental office in Johns Creek. The open margins mean decay is getting in around the filling material he placed. Do dentist have the oath ..... do no harm? This was not my experience.
Been a patient since they opened up, but the last visit on Oct 30th was worst ever !!! I took a appt right after their lunch time so they can get me on time. Not only was the hygienist late but her attitude, her body language was outrageous. She had the audacity to complain to the office manager that i was rude !! I was fuming, after i left, i called so i can talk to the Dentist, the office manager pickedup and said the Dentist is not there and that i should no longer come there ! I was numb !
The staff is always pleasant and accommodating! They worked to fit me in on a Monday morning and everyone was very nice about it. Everyone is personable and fun to talk to. The work is explained thoroughly and they do everything in their power to make sure you are comfortable. I highly recommend Grady. I’m very grateful I found this office.
