Refused to give me my own information, I told them the paper they said was needed was in my chart to release me my information, the nurse screamed at me and told me she was not going to risk her job for someone like me, no one would give me their names.
Keep harassing me and my girlfriend Jessica Barnard by calling DHS and saying that my girlfriend is not feeding our daughter and that's ridiculous and I'm tired of the harassment and I will be calling your corporate office and making sure that someone knows that you're harassing me and my girlfriend because this is ridiculous all because we didn't want your stupid breast pump and just so everyone's aware my daughter is gaining weight not losing weight so check your facts before you keep calling dhs on me and my family
