My 5 year old German Shepherd would still be alive today if I had gone to any other Vet. Mark is heartless and without compassion. He examined our dog and said his blood work was "perfect", a few weeks later our beloved Shepherd was in stage 4 Kidney failure. If you love your pet, take them somewhere else. Don't make the same mistake we made.

When Grady allowed the owners to come in with their pets I had a good experience, that all changed today. The vet tech 'Donna' was carrying my elderly cat (who had just got stitches out from surgery) and was SWINGING the cat carrier. My rescue cat was winning in fear as I ran across the parking lot to take her out of Donna aggressive hands.
