Drove thirty minutes from my house, woke my 11 month old up out of her nap to inform them I have a graduation ceremony tomorrow that I won’t unfortunately be able to attend for them to tell me they don’t do refunds…. Absolutely ridiculous and might I say very inconsiderate. If I’m not using a fresh new cap and gown and it’s never been opened out of the package let alone tried on I should 100% be eligible for a refund and I had to get it shipped to my home! Y’all have to do better this is absurd
The owner/manager team was extremely knowledgeable when addressing my request. Additionally, they offered a next day pick up option which was so convenient! The transcation process was painless as well. As far as the inventory, the team has a phenomenal selection and made exceptional recommendations to ease my purchase experience. Thank you all, again! Highly recommend!
Not worth the price and the cap won't stay on my head 😞
My mom and I went in 10 minutes before closing and still got help! Bill loveday was the biggest help! He explained everything to me and my mom perfectly and helped me pick my class ring. We went in and he didn’t make us feel bad for getting there right before closing. Great pricing on my ring I got exactly what I wanted with a great price! They don’t just do rings but other things as well so we will be going back for all my graduation things! The service was a 10/10
Came to this establishment on Saturday, 3/22/2025 and they had a sign that states, “ Temporary hours Tues-Friday 1pm-4pm, Saturday closed”. I came from far and needed a cap and gown for my daughter grad pics.
