Not the best Graduate in the Hilton chain. Gave my Hilton Honors and they didn’t put in. Called a few days later and now said they can’t input it and may have written down the wrong Hilton number which is incorrect as I copied it straight from my Hilton Honors Credit card. Just an excuse as to why they didn’t put it in
I came into for a competitive cheer competition and this is the hotel that was recommend my family to stay at. The location of the restaurant ideal for those who want a variety of food options but the hotel is located across the street from ASU. The building doesn’t look fancy on the outside and the decor could be better. The rooms are decent. But have some type of plumbing issue. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. It’s located right next to a university, so everything around it is overpriced—including the hotel itself. Even after paying a steep rate, you’re still expected to pay for parking, which is ridiculous. For how much it costs, you’d think the hotel would be at least halfway decent, but it’s the opposite. The decor made it feel like an elderly landlord with no taste went wild—full of random pieces that looked like they belonged in a hoarder’s collection, just scattered around... read more
Tried to get a room but instead got the cops called on me
The rooms are very retro and quirky, but always clean and inviting. Breakfast and coffee are fabulous. Nice pool and hot tub.
