I am rating this a 1 overall. The views are amazing. The rooms are very subpar. Trust the other reviewers that state the hotel needs a remodel. It does. And this is after changing ownership at least twice now. This hotel used to be a Holiday Inn. Then, a Graduate Hotel. Now Hilton has bought it? Our experiences with Hilton over the past 6 years have proven to us that they care about quantity over quality and the safety, comfort and wellbeing of their guests. Friendly staff. Clean room. But the parking system is horrendous. And expensive.
Love this hotel! Often stay here for work! My only complaint (the reason rooms have 4/5 stars) is the new lighting in the bathroom is a godawful orange, it gave me a headache so I showered with the lights off. I feel most people want a normally lit bathroom. The orange gives me horror film vibes. Please change the bulbs back to normal! Love your staff & hotel and amenities otherwise!!!
The reason we booked this hotel is because my wife wanted to stay in the same hotel as her family. I agreed, but only for our last night of the trip. The location is good if you want to be central to the stores and campus. Unfortunately we were spoiled from my hotel of choice the previous few days. This hotel really feels like a money grab. You pay for parking, no huge deal, but the room was small and the garden view title is a bit of a stretch, it was more like an alley view.
