I sent a message through their website after hours in the evening and received a response by the next morning. A technician was at my house by early afternoon. They were kind, professional and took care of the problem we were having. Rates were reasonable and all costs disclosed up front. Highly recommend.
We tried Orkin but they are not even close to what Graduate PS can do. Paul & his team are so professional at every step, from scheduling, assessment, eradication, & follow-up. They did extensive work on plugging up holes on a historical house & did what they said they would do. Worth every penny. The best in the biz! Thanks Graduate PS
I’ll never call another company after dealing with this one. They went beyond the call of duty, without even charging me because they explained my insect problem would disappear once I found their nest. Of course, if I couldn’t, they would come out again, but I was able to manage it on my own, and I’m really grateful for their consult. This is a knowledgeable and trustworthy local company. I’m so glad I found them. Highly recommended!
