The Graduate Hotel in Minneapolis served as a central hub for the Special Olympics USA Games. My experience coordinating a VIP lounge for over 1,000 honored guests was ideal! The space in the Topgolf Swing Suite was exquisite and well-appointed with a virtual gaming bay, a bar, and ample seating. Honestly one of the coolest hotels i’ve ever stayed in. It definitely gives Ralph Lauren vibes. Beds were comfy, pillows not so much. The bar was amazing and so was the bar tender.
I recently attended a four-day international conference at this hotel. While the food and overall service were good, the podium PC was highly troublesome. During my presentation, the mouse froze completely within the presenter notes section, making it very difficult to read my notes. This was incredibly frustrating after dedicating so much hard work and time to preparing my project. This property is the perfect place to stay for the University of Minnesota and Minneapolis in general. It is also a model for Graduate Hotels everywhere. Excellence in service, outstanding cleanliness, awesome catering & conference team. Stayed for two weeks and felt like home! Many stars on the team.
