I wanted to give a big shoutout to the maintenance team and office staff at the Graduate Hills Apartments at 3424 Tulane Drive, Hyattsville, MD. Their professionalism, courtesy and kind help makes our community a safe and inclusive place to live. During this snowstorm, they worked hard to keep residents safe. They supported me when I had to move my car and have always been super supportive with maintenance requests. Thank you for all your hard work.
Good community, no roach problem if you lease a renovated new apartment from the management
Never ending construction recently…. Extremely big noise seriously affecting sleep. They do not stick to their schedules and construction always overrun. Workers also come at a time they like. Eg 9 is official starting time n worker start at 7:45
Simple: Roaches. I gave up cooking in my place. Even the kitchen cupboard is full of them. Management does nothing except lay out some traps. Just don't come here. Life is much better with roaches
