Simple: Roaches. I gave up cooking in my place. Even the kitchen cupboard is full of them. Management does nothing except lay out some traps. Just don't come here. Life is much better with roaches
Missed a deadline for student verification because they put it at the bottom of an email and sent no reminders until after the deadline was due (although they send DAILY EMAILS about the bi-annual cleaning) so now we are paying an extra $400 OUT OF POCKET next month. Scammy company with scammy policies working for a scammy university. Also I didn’t mention the ROACHES and the MOLD and the COLD SHOWERS and their unwillingness to turn on the AC until the last possible minute.
The management (graduate hills office) is horrible. They take 100 years to respond through email. Also they dont guide you through the paperworks enough. Not enough help. Very bureaucratic, just wants that the job doesnt land on their desk. Unhelpful.
