There’s people in apartment 5 yelling profanity out the back window to residents walking to their vehicles. It’s been going on for at least 6 months and I’d like to be able to walk to my vehicle without being verbally harassed. I’ve left a message in the general mailbox thinking it was #3 but it is in fact #5.
Turn back while you still have the chance. The day of our move-in was significantly delayed due to the apartment not being cleaned by Hill Properties ahead of time (my dad and I did not get back home until 10 pm). Two managers left during our stay over a year. The first manager again delayed the offer of paying half of September's rent in 2022. Nice complex, easy access, and convenient location. Not eloquent housing but not trashy, just a nice place to live.
