If you expect to be able to sleep in your own home DO NOT RENT AT Graduate Court. Woodward properties Contracts with Republicans Services for extremely loud Dumpster/trash removal between 4-4:30 am. Kyle and Jennifer have been Terribly unresponsive to remediating this issue which is in Violation to Charlottesville Code of Ordinances Chapter 16 Regarding Noise.
Very clean and comfortable
They charged more than $200 for water which is just ridiculous. They refuse to tow any cars without permit from the residential parking lot even after I emailed several times. They also charged $800 for cleaning at the end of the year and took about $1140 off the deposit we made at the beginning of the year. Do not go here
