We have stayed at other Graduate by Hilton properties and were very impressed by the quality. Unfortunately the rooms at this Graduate fell very short. They felt very rundown and definitely not at the standard of the other Graduate branded hotels we have stayed at. For instance, we had to stay in a room suited for people with disabilities. The shower had a shower curtain which was not a problem, however the shower curtain rings were rusted and put on wrong so they would not slide open or closed. We have stayed here, FKA The Graduate, four times the past six years. What continues to be its qualities are the location right across from campus, the old timey brick structure with porches and balconies, and the imaginative decor. Now it’s The Graduate by Hilton. Hilton owns the other two hotel options nearby and two or three others down the street as well. They have most of a monopoly Hilton has uniformly raised prices. My organization hosted a happy hour at the Graduate, and it was a fantastic experience. Even with other events happening on the property, we had a beautiful patio space that felt private and comfortable. Shelby and Devin were attentive and provided excellent service for both food and drinks, making the evening feel seamless and special. It was a truly lovely event, and I would absolutely host another gathering here.
