I thought this hotel was SO cute and cozy. I arrived earlier then check in time due to my flight, about 10:30am. Was pleasantly surprised by the great lounge and cafe/bar area I could sit and work in, plus they had lots of outdoor seating. Coffee and food were good and the staff were all very kind. It was nice that the local students studied here too, definitely a lively space. This was my first time in SC and it left a great impression on me. The staff are absolutely wonderful from Alex keeping everyone happy with great food and drinks to Aaliyah, who always brightens the room with her amazing service and beautiful smile.

Disappointed by Lack of Concern or Follow-Up We recently stayed at the Hilton Graduate in Columbia, SC, and while the hotel is whimsy, colorful, and clean, we had two concerns and a major issue that hasn’t been addressed despite multiple follow-ups. The major issue was that we accidentally left a sentimental dress in our rooms closet when we checked out at 10 AM. We realized it was left before noon and contacted the hotel right away.
