Hi- I booked two stays here in May of 2026. I have stayed at this hotel many times. I made sure I could modify both reservations and noted that I had until 3/26 to change the second one. My confirmation came over and confirmed that. They are refusing to take my call to modify it. Hilton says I need to speak to the GM and they messaged him and I called and have not received a call back. I am asking for a call and will discuss this review with them. Beautiful elegant hotel right in the center of town. Gorgeous bar, rooms and academic theme. The lobby area is elegantly furnished with mahogany and the rooms are spacious with thoughtfully designed colorful wallpaper. Would definitely stay again!

We only came in for drinks and an early evening appetizer. The decor and vibe is excellent and well worth visiting. The service was friendly, prompt and professional at all times. We had the Eggplant Bolognese as an appetizer and to be honest it was rather mediocre, lacking flavor IMHO. But I'm certainly not lowering the rating without actually having a full dinner. We will be back again for dinner and more detailed review...

The bar has potential—nice atmosphere, good energy—but the service completely derailed the experience. The large, mustached bartender barely acknowledged our existence. No greeting, no eye contact, no verbal interaction at all. We placed our food and drink order without even realizing he was listening, as he remained entirely non-verbal with us while actively chatting and engaging with other patrons at the bar.
