I recently graduated from FGCU and had a gown rented from Herff Jones. My husbands grandfather fell ill so we went out of town shortly after we moved and I graduated. I asked to please extend the return window for a refund and they declined it and charged $150 even thought I mailed it back. Seems a bit inconsiderate

Ordered in December. Not receiving until "spring" basically 2 weeks before graduation. May 23. No allowance for mailing of announcements and return etc. No cushion for international mailings either. Even local mail can take up to 2 weeks. All items ordered are being delivered to school during lunch, rather than home although postage was paid and student is expected to carry it around all day. MeNwhile, the past 4 years since COVID, students don't have lockers. They carry their computer, binders, textbooks everywhere they go.... read more
Horrible experience. Local school district forces parents to purchase through them NOT Jostens. HJ is UNRESPONSIVE, LACKS COMMUNICATION, and SUCKS!
