Ordered in December. Not receiving until "spring" basically 2 weeks before graduation. May 23. No allowance for mailing of announcements and return etc. No cushion for international mailings either. Even local mail can take up to 2 weeks. All items ordered are being delivered to school during lunch, rather than home although postage was paid and student is expected to carry it around all day. MeNwhile, the past 4 years since COVID, students don't have lockers. They carry their computer, binders, textbooks everywhere they go.... read more

Horrible experience. Local school district forces parents to purchase through them NOT Jostens. HJ is UNRESPONSIVE, LACKS COMMUNICATION, and SUCKS!

Awful customer service. I tried to make an online payment, was given an error message. I then emailed the representative (with a screenshot of the message), who stated he doesn’t know why I can’t make a payment and to call the office. When I called, there’s a voicemail message that they will randomly be answering the phone.
