Super cozy This is a romantic hot spot. Dark and wooden and huge floorboards make this a hard to resist date restaurant. Delicious, simple pasta dishes that really let you savor the ingredients.
Yum a Yum This is a truly excellent Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is super cozy and the food is amazing. The only times I have had a less than perfect experience is on the weekends when it becomes full of NYU kids, and a llittle too rushed and crowded, so go on a weeknight and get a delicious pasta dish--I read somewhere that the owner conviced his mother to move to NY from Italy to make all the pastas by hand.

New York Italian Food Great food, service, and eating environment. Highly recommended by our 2nd generation Italian family. The Carbonera is delicious. Other great dishes include seafood, pasta, salad, and of course some wine!
