Today was my first time coming here and I’m so happy I found the best nail tech on the island! My friend told me about Gradient nail and how clean and skilled they are here so I had to check it out. But I was mostly impressed because my technician RUBY paid close attention to all the important details and made my toenails look so beautiful!!! I got a basic mani pedi and was disappointed with the manicure. As you can see in the photo, the white part of my nail is visible through the polish. I think this could’ve been solved with another coat, but my nail tech finished in a hurry before I had a chance to get a good look at my nails or give feedback. She had me pay and give a tip before she started on my nails, so I didn’t have a chance to address this before payment either. Gradient Nail and Lily are amazing. As the owner of the salon, she brings professionalism and genuine care to every visit. She is extremely patient and welcomes each customer who walks into the salon. Lily has been personally doing my nails for 6 years. Her attention to detail is unmatched! Her work is flawless and lasts weeks longer than expected. My recent fill lasted 9 weeks! I was unable to return sooner due to travel, and not a single nail lifted. I’ve been coming here for pedicures for years and absolutely love it. They recently moved to a new location just a few minutes away that’s bigger and has a much better parking situation. The owners are incredibly sweet and you can tell they truly care about quality. Every technician I’ve had has been so detailed and meticulous, kind and they definitely don’t skimp on the massage. I had Emy again recently and she’s always great. Best place for pedicures!
