Gradient Nail and Lily are amazing. As the owner of the salon, she brings professionalism and genuine care to every visit. She is extremely patient and welcomes each customer who walks into the salon. Lily has been personally doing my nails for 6 years. Her attention to detail is unmatched! I’ve been coming here for pedicures for years and absolutely love it. They recently moved to a new location just a few minutes away that’s bigger and has a much better parking situation. The owners are incredibly sweet and you can tell they truly care about quality. Every technician I’ve had has been so detailed and meticulous, kind and they definitely don’t skimp on the massage. I had Emy again recently and she’s always great. Best place for pedicures!
This salon is A+....beautiful new salon (new location) clean, everything new! Wonderful customer service. Family owned business and they are all very nice! Lily does awesome mani & pedi. They have a forever customer in me!🥰
Absolutely unprofessional. Do not recommend. The female staff was not friendly at all. What’s worse, she even answered personal phone calls in the middle of my treatment. To make matters even more insulting, I realized they were badmouthing me in Vietnamese, assuming I didn't understand the language. f you're going to talk behind a customer's back, at least wait until they leave.
