We Have lived here almost two years, John in Leasing is so professional and friendly & Molly the Leasing Manager . Maintenance is excellent on top of everything, The buildings are fairly new , they keep everything immaculate. There is beautiful walking trails all around us and a Bird Sanctuary. It is so peaceful here. Thank you Leasing and Maintenance and the Cleaning company for everything . Jay , Sally

My best friend and I moved in together last year and have had the best experience at Gradient! John, Jill, and Nolan have gone above and beyond in their kindness and availability to help us with anything we need. We felt extremely safe and welcomed during our entire year here. Neighbors are really friendly and it is such a positive and bright place to live. 10/10 recommend for anyone considering living here! Sad to leave but greatly enjoyed our chapter here!
You'll find peace living here only if you have "GOOD NEIGHBORS"; otherwise, your life will turn to HELL until your lease is up. This isn't about the leasing office or management team—they were good. I moved here because it looked new and beautiful, and the property is well-kept. But my experience was ruined by a horrible neighbor. The building is cheaply built, and I could hear every step from the neighbors above. It turned into a nightmare.
