The maintenance technician responded immediately and fixed everything on the spot. Very impressed.
Just moved in and I love it! The unit was extremely clean, move in process was seamless, and the community is beautiful. The staff were not only friendly, but seemed to care about the property and the tenants. A breath of fresh air compared to other apartment complexes I’ve lived at in Weymouth. Highly recommended!
Andresa is amazing—10/10! She made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. The team is friendly, professional, and welcoming. The community is very quiet, well-maintained, and a great place to live. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to call home!
Luke and the maintenance team at Gradient are fantastic. They are responsive, friendly and knowledgeable.
