Receptionist and mechanic do not communicate well, I invested over $700 to get my check engine light off the dash board and all they did was switch my ignition coils around and fixed my rear rotors, which was highly appreciated on the rotors but the price was solely based on labor (which is beyond overpriced) rather than fixing our main problem. Which makes people not trust auto shops. Their services could’ve been more relational rather than based on labor, mechanic work isn’t easy but it should not be use as a tactic to man... read more
