I wish I could leave a neutral review. I first went to the mall location to see if there were any available walk in spots. I waited for 5 minutes before I was even acknowledged and then when I showed what tattoo I wanted, the front desk (I believe his name was Nate) was super rude and unprofessional with his opinion of the tattoo I wanted. Got my first tattoo here (finally) this past week, and Isaac Roque did not disappoint! He made me feel relaxed and comfortable and did an amazing job. I'm so happy with my piece!
This was a memorial tattoo that I had done for my aunt who passed away in May. I absolutely love this piece and I don’t think that it could have turned out any better. My artist was Timmy and for future tattoos I will continue going here and using Timmy. He was very helpful and reassuring and made sure the piece was perfect before we got started.
