I like all Gracos in Rogers alot! But the men that work the revieving dock at the 20500 David Koch bldg. are very rude to the the truck drivers! When I am there, almost all of the truck drivers are nervous or upset or agitated, but they keep it to themselves. This is obviously a leadership problem. Graco should understand that the drivers come in to serve them respectfully and in a good mood, but leave either angry or wondering "what the heck".
