Unit working when tech arrived. Unit non functional before tech left. I was told they could not fix it and to call an electrician. Still charged by Graco. Visit by electrician and new company/tech and unit working perfectly. None of the issues noted by Graco. Graco employee called to sell new unit and seemed upset that I said no. Graco employee tried to justify problems. Seemed unprofessional to me. Graco tech too inexperienced. Could not even find filter. Would not reccommend.
