Lovely office. Bad experience with billing. Our child had a cleaning which detected a cavity. Booked the appointment a couple weeks later only to get a big bill in July saying their contract with our insurance stopped in January. N0 notification. UNWILLING to work with us on the balance! not even to accept the amount we would have needed to pay had their contract still been active.
Went thier last year and been thier before However, this time was different in 2024. I had a cap come loose in the front, and she stated she could fix it. So I let her do her thing and at a cost of over 900 bucks, not to mention this was the second time I paid for this tooth to be fixed. After the replacement and a few days more, the tooth became loose again, and i ended up with an infection twice. After seeing the dentist again, she was able to finally see the infection. If you are looking for a new dentist, go elsewhere. They say they are accepting new patients yet it takes six months to get I for a cleaning. My son had a cleaning there two weeks ago and afterwards he said his restoration on his front tooth felt loose, then it completely fell out. Called for an emergency visit and they can’t see him until January. Waiting a month for an emergency is unacceptable and I’m not sure why they accept new patients when they clearly can not handle the patients that they already have. Finding a new ... read more
