Roaches in the hallways outside the apartments. Loud neighbors who stomp back and forth all night. People who are on drugs. Loud rap music playing in cars at all hours. Tv’s/radios on full blast. Great opportunity for people with disabilities/elderly, etc but ghetto people who don’t work and take advantage ruin it for the rest of us looking for peace and quiet.

Loud residents who stomp all night and don’t work. It’s good for people with disabilities or the elderly who need affordable housing but the other people here ruin it for the rest of us. They drive expensive cars somehow, and play loud rap music in the parking lot. I always see people who are high on drugs on the fourth floor as well. People will have loud fights or conversations in the parking lot at all hours knowing you can hear everything through the windows.
