I was referred to this center from my primary care. Dr. Gallardo was not the recommended physician, she was just assigned to my case when my referral was sent in. One of the big problems I have with her is that Rheumatology is not even her specialty. She is snarky and rude. She doesn’t listen. She rushes through the appointment. Dr. Gallardo always takes time to listen to me. She has helped me identify root causes and for the first time in 20 years I'm psoriasis free my inflammation is controlled.
I drove 2 hours to come to a visit. Extreme fog advisory. Showed up 8 minutes late and was told I couldn’t be seen. If you wait in the waiting room past your schedule time they don’t give you anything for it so why do they cancel you. I do not recommend coming here. No customer service and zero respect for your personal time. I’m sorry but this is absolutely bullshit.
Dr. Gallardo is a super doctor and a great person to know. I'm happy to have her as my doctor.
She failed me! I had to go to a kidney specialist due to proteins in my urine. Once there, The kidney doctor said I have had extremely high proteins in my urine since February 2022 according to UA results that DR. Gallardo did and he could not understand why this Dr didn't refer me to a kidney specialist years ago! The kidney specialist was appalled and exact words were she failed you as a doctor! Also...if you look up her credentials,she went to school for ophthalmology!
