Wonderful Physician and wonderful staff. Everyone there is 'one step ahead' and I have had a great experience. IMO I have received the correct level of care, not over-tested but the few times 'the next step' has been necessary, everything was explained. I have been a patient for 10 years at least, likely longer, and never considered changing physicians. .
I tried to book a sick appointment and they required me to take an at home COVID and FLU to test with a negative result before they would see me. Also, they have terrible bed side manners from previous visits. Dr. Diez seems to be on her way out, retiring soon and it shows.
A special shout out to Kandy, at the Baptist Primary Care office in Jacksonville Beach, she is an integral employee in that office with an exceptional caring demeanor! Thank you for all you do!!!
Dr. Diez-Hoeck is the absolute worst. If anybody needed to use their verbal filter, it would be her. She's rude.
Friendly, responsive and efficient. Staff are welcoming. Laura Logan is fabulous. Laura is very very thorough, explains things thoroughly and clearly, and demonstrates amazing compassion.
