My 12 year old cannot wait to get to class, usually pulling me out the door to get there! The Professors are so knowledgeable and great at recognizing skills and teaching methods. The Coaches work so well with the kids making sure each of them receives attention and guidance. This is a fantastic place to bring your kids, and yourself!, for a fitness experience in a friendly, clean and fun atmosphere.
It's a great place to train for adults and kids. Profesor, coaches, and staff are all great very positive.
