The instruction is top-notch—clear, structured, and rooted in real Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals. Whether you’re a beginner or more advanced, the classes are well-paced and challenging in the best way. The vibe is respectful, motivating, and truly aligned with the values of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. I highly recommend it
