After seeing several other therapists I decided to give Gracie a try.I had severe arthritis in my feet and my hips were in so much pain I was ready to quit work as a framer. My shoulder had a chronic old injury that the pain was always there. I had trouble sleeping. I could not sleep on either side any more, only on my back. After 5 sessions with Gracie and trying hard to follow her super diet she gave me I'm sleeping great with no pain in my hips. I have great mobility in my feet again. Just short of a miracle!! About a month ago I had a quick onset of debilitating pain in my back especially as well as pain radiating from other areas. It was so bad I was really scared that this was it, that I wasn’t going to be able to play with my kids or do basic things. Just holding my baby was painful.
