I recently moved my Mom to Gracewood in Lino Lakes. I am so happy with this facility and all the people who work here. Everyone is awesome and they take really good care of my Mom. I have not seen my Mom this happy for years. They keep the residents busy and help them to participate in the activities. I also like that I no longer have to worry about her being alone. There are people on staff 24/7.
Jasmine, Sam, Richard, Kristi and most of the young women that work there are kind and attentive. Richard knows the folks by name and I have seen him show interest and interact with them every time I’m there. Kristi does a great job at activities and including the residents. She is kind and pleasant and loving. Jasmine is so approachable and nice whenever I have questions, concerns or need help in any way. Sam has always been a big help in his former and current role.
