My parents had an appointment for last night 4/18/2022 at 7:30pm to file their taxes. They arrived on time and waited to be helped. It took Grace ONE hour to get into the office, instead of offering some sort of apology as soon as she got to the office she locked herself in for another 20minutes, left to use the restroom & greeted my parents with a bad attitude and no apology to them or to her other customers that were also waiting with my parents.
