Dr.Murray was absolutely awful. It took 3 days for me to even speak with her, and when i did it was for five minutes. Within those five minutes she answered a phone call (for half of the five minutes i was there), and pushed anti depressants on me after asking maybe 3 questions. There is absolutely no reason any medical professional should decide a treatment plan for someone they just met five minutes ago, in five minutes. I don’t even think she knew my name. Gracepoint is the most dehumanizing place that I have ever been to from the checkin process all the way to the "units" gracepoint have provided nothing but a truly horrific and traumatizing experience. Dr. Murray needs to be discharged from her position. How can any medical professional diagnose and come up with a treatment plan in under 5 minutes over a video call? yall suck and treated everyone horribly , i was there almost 5 years ago and yall didnt care about no one , all yall did was joke around and yell at the kids and didnt help one bit !! surprised yall are even still open atp
Took my adult son here, and he said the staff was phenomenal! (The food could use some work; also more classes.) He said, he would recommend this facility for anyone in crisis.
