GracePoint is a good company that tries to have client staffed with caregivers. My only critique is that gracePoint tries to shift caregivers after getting used to them. GracePoint has a high turnover of employees.
Gracepoint executive, administrative and caregiver staffs work well together as a team. There is a genuine kindness and common goal of aiming to provide quality care for the people they serve. This extra effort shines through.
