My appointment was at 12:50 I arrived at 12:48. Front desk girl just sat there scrolling on her phone. I had to let her know, hey I’m here for an appointment do you need anything from me? She looked on the computer, went back to looking on her phone and said you can have a seat. I waited for 25 mins… nothing. Time wasted, front desk is a joke, go to the other location. The staff are nice but The Nurse practitioner Sarah is rude and not professional, she needs more training on both ethically and medically
