Gracepoint was aware of my mental health history, including suicidal ideation, during my intake process. Despite this, I was made to wait an entire week before being informed that I could not be admitted into their program due to marijuana use. If this was a disqualifying factor, it should have been addressed during the initial intake — not a week later, especially given the seriousness of my mental health concerns. I’m rating this five stars because otherwise, i fear people may not see this important information. I went to Grace Point mid-last year for php. I loved Kara and the people in my group, but the psychiatrist they had on their team was below mediocre. Jessica Miglin was not only condescending and rude, but she was reckless. I was put on the same medications as a grown man (maybe late 40s or 50s) with different issues in my group (mind you i was freshly 18 and am biologically female). I found the support groups and the entire staff very helpful on my journey

The staff was very kind, patient, and compassionate. They also seemed to be very knowledgeable and professional.
