Sorry to see some people with bad experiences here. But there was a lot of turnover in the staff and the prescriber here has changed. Her name is Marjorie and she is very kind, compassionate and collaborative with your care. EVERY social worker is fantastic and the environment/other clients are reviewed first to make sure they are right for the program making for an experience where you receive an enormous deal of support. This review is long overdue my Fault that I didn’t look at the reviews before coming here, reviews are very important. I attended this program in 2024, and unfortunately, it ended up being one of the worst experiences for my mental health. To start with the positives, most of the counselors were very kind and welcoming. There were two counselors in particular who genuinely cared and made people feel heard. This was such a terrible experience I am more traumatized than when I started. Only a couple counselors make the effort and show care but otherwise forget about it. I suffer from bpd and one of the main symptoms is suicidal ideation. I never once said I was seriously suicidal, attempted, or had a plan.I mentioned wanting to go to inpatient and was shot down. I took It upon myself to speak to a counselor after because I was struggling. After that I was thrown out of the program, the police were called, I was made to sit on a ... read more
