I have the highest regard for the team at GraceMed Downtown Burlington. Dr. Reza Ahmadzadeh is a personable, objective and talented professional. I sought him out to repair a scar on my forehead during Covid and his work was exceptional. Kayla I also met during this time when I returned for follow-ups. Over multiple visits she has proved to be a (very) personable and skilled aesthetician whose recommendations I trust completely. She’s never pushed unnecessary treatments and always focuses on what will genuinely benefit me.
Love the results I have seen after being in Kayla’s care. My skin is amazing. Christine is so personal at reception. They both treat me like family. I enjoy my time I spend at Grace Med.
I was denied my cancelation for breast augmentation, the day before. "You can't cancel the day before surgery!" Having been married to an abusive man for 11 years, i couldn't argue. Inclusiveness, transreapect FAIL. My life is over now as a result of the avalanche that disrespect started. No longer identifying as female :(
