Administration was terrible. Communication was NIL…to the point of detrimental. Physical therapy was minimal and did not communicate plan with me at all…then just stopped coming. The home nurse I had, Cindy, was great! Very thorough. Cindy was the only good part of this agency.

I am very satisfied with Rosie services! She does a great job every time she come making my brother feel like Family and making him feel very comfortable. I honestly have no complaints with her services and I’m glad she’s here to help. Thanks!!!
I’ve been with the company now for three years and not had one problem. My home health aid Mrs,Josefina is great. She’s more like family, especially because of how much time she spends with helping my family and all of the information and care that she gives us. I also have to think are Nurse Mrs, Erica, who always teaches me the things I need to know and is very detail oriented and making sure that I can give my dad the best quality of life.
