The nurse I had was really nice but I don't think she's been doing this very long and it showed, every time I asked her to ask questions about getting me things like my flu shot she said she would find out and never did. She would always forget and that's not helpful to me because I have serious underline health conditions and if she can't remember to ask questions and help me get the things I needed what's the point in having a nurse. Administration was terrible. Communication was NIL…to the point of detrimental. Physical therapy was minimal and did not communicate plan with me at all…then just stopped coming. The home nurse I had, Cindy, was great! Very thorough. Cindy was the only good part of this agency.

I am very satisfied with Rosie services! She does a great job every time she come making my brother feel like Family and making him feel very comfortable. I honestly have no complaints with her services and I’m glad she’s here to help. Thanks!!!
