This is been the worst experience ever at a supposed to be medical professionals, especially mental health professionals. My husband was an emergency situation and needed help ASAP. We got him in to see a therapist and a psychiatrist. We were paying the regular co-pay that we had with our insurance, my husband had some questions and someone in the office supposedly called our insurance and then called my husband back and told them that his telehealth is free two months later come to find out it’s not free at all and they’ve ... read more
