Good Afternoon Mr. Renfro, I want to thank you and your staff for the wonderful service provided for my father, Richard A. Cain, at Graceland Fairlawn. My father passed away on June 30th, 2026. He was my best friend, and having worked together flying airplanes and helicopters for 22 years, we shared a truly unique bond. As I said in the survey, Amy Amy, Amy, exceptional kind, caring, empathy, professional.. she listened with such love she treats you as if you’re her family member. She’s so caring and lovely. She handled everything with perfection. The cute little Funeral Director was amazing, sweet kind. She took such good care of my mother.
