I just lost my boy that i’ve had since i was a teen. The dog that grew up with me. It’s been so hard, but Donnie really took great care of my boy. Everything was perfect. I’m always gonna miss my Bear but i’m so very appreciative of everything Donnie does for people. Thank you so much. Now i still have my boy with my all the time.

We were very pleased with the way Amy, and Donnie took care of our little angel. Tinkerbell has been a big part of our lives for 18 years. The way Graceland took care of her was as I would have done. Graceland treated us like we was family. THANK YOU AGAIN

I unfortunately had to take Graham, my granddaughters puppy in for cremation. I didn't know there was such a business and how Donnie treated me and the service he offered was a 10. I would highly recommend Graceland Fairlawn animal cremation service to everyone.

As soon as we realized it was time to say Goodbye to our 18.5 year old dachshund Toby, I reached out to Donnie and told him I needed him that day. Without hesitation, he said "yes ma'am, I will be here waiting for you! There is no comparison to quality and compassion and what I will do for my pet, even once they have passed on. Customer Service is alive and well at Graceland & Faithful Friends!

Giving only 3 stars . I've tried reaching out to them to make adjustments to my prepaid services and have been getting no response from the lady Alex who seems to be avoiding my Numerous calls. I assume it's because I am requesting a refund.
