We've taken two of our dogs there for cremation, and Donnie helped us. He was so friendly and compassionate when it came to handling services for pets. You can tell he genuinely cares and it was very much appreciated. He really went above and beyond with our dogs and I highly recommend asking for Donnie for any pet cremation services.
Donnie recently took amazing care of our “little man” you can really tell he loves his job and what he does , He actually takes his time to speak with you and doesn’t make you feel rushed or stressed with the process, I couldn’t be happier with how things turned out for nolers

WOW ! I asked a question about my grandfather’s date of interment since my genealogy site notified me that the date of burial wasn’t in my tree. I sent an email requesting that info and received a call back with the info requested within 30” ! AMAZING customer service, clearly it wasn’t urgent but nonetheless the information requested was speedily delivered !
