Having my dog cremated. Talked with Donnie and can I say he is an angel. Made me feel like he will take good care of my girl when he gets her. He is a big asset to Graceland. God Bless you Donnie for your kind and caring heart.
WOW ! I asked a question about my grandfather’s date of interment since my genealogy site notified me that the date of burial wasn’t in my tree. I sent an email requesting that info and received a call back with the info requested within 30” ! AMAZING customer service, clearly it wasn’t urgent but nonetheless the information requested was speedily delivered ! Our preplanned arrangements were followed greatly. The director was great prior to the actual funeral. But the embalmer lost our love ones eye glasses, therefore, our question the night of visitation was never answered nor were they ever found. His death was never stated as pending in local paper nor was his obituary published in the Decatur Tribune as promised. The director never followed up on the glasses or obituary as promised.
