Graceful Transitions handled our move from a house we'd lived in for 40 years to a senior Community. They were excellent every step of the way. We had what I think of as soup to nuts services; downsizing, packing, moving, unpacking, donating, disposing... Everyone was professional and efficient. A potential crisis was averted by Graceful Transitions! My mother is in assisted living. We were recently asked to declutter her space and do some furniture reshuffling—and told that the situation was fairly urgent. The time hours displayed here are incorrect! They say they’re opened at 9am, but they actually open at 10am. So I drove there this morning to pick up an order and even though there were two guys in there that could easily hand me my order (a hammer), they told me I would have to come back. I’m not the type of person that usually leave negative reviews, but this was very inconvenient. So, please fix this issue so others don’t waste their time. Thanks.
