I used Graceful Transitions for the first time this June. My family and I moved out of state. I felt very supported by the company throughout the move. I knew what to expect and felt taken care of. The moving team did not break a single item and were very thoughtful and intentional in how they packed things. Boxes were appropriately labeled and the moving team was very quick and efficient at unloading. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a professional moving experience.
Graceful Transitions did a terrific job helping us move from our home into an apartment at a Continuing Care Community. They fully explained the process ahead and how they could help us, if needed. The day before the move, they loaded furniture and boxes onto their truck. Everything was carefully packed and well-organized. From start to finish, Graceful Transitions was a superb service for relocating my father's residence. Every aspect of their work was spot-on; they were very responsive and offered reasonable pricing. Their packers and movers were excellent and able to make small changes on-the-fly, as they arose unexpectedly. I'm a fan!
I had a fairly anxiety-free out-of-state move thanks to Graceful Transitions. Everything in my house was labeled according to its final destination: things that would come to my new home; things that would go later in an "heirloom" shipment to my daughter across country; items to be either sold at auction or donated; stuff to be trashed.
