This was fun!!
Graceful Transitions handled our move from a house we'd lived in for 40 years to a senior Community. They were excellent every step of the way. We had what I think of as soup to nuts services; downsizing, packing, moving, unpacking, donating, disposing... Everyone was professional and efficient. A potential crisis was averted by Graceful Transitions! My mother is in assisted living. We were recently asked to declutter her space and do some furniture reshuffling—and told that the situation was fairly urgent. But we live 3000 miles away and weren’t going to be able to visit right away. I remembered having a great meeting with Joy at Graceful Transitions when I was emptying the house. The time hours displayed here are incorrect! They say they’re opened at 9am, but they actually open at 10am. So I drove there this morning to pick up an order and even though there were two guys in there that could easily hand me my order (a hammer), they told me I would have to come back. I’m not the type of person that usually leave negative reviews, but this was very inconvenient. So, please fix this issue so others don’t waste their time. Thanks.
