I went here for the first time to have my acrylics removed and unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience. This was not my first rodeo removing my acrylics, but this was definitely my first experience with this kind of outcome. The technician removed them by filing them all the way down instead of soaking them with acetone/filing. I did ask if this was how they removed them normally and she said yes. For some reason, I'm not able to add a photo to this post, but I wish I could because I would love to show you the BEAUTIFUL Valentine's nails that Trisha did for me. I've been going to Graceful Nails regularly for over three years and have NEVER been disappointed. The entire staff is caring and so talented. My whole family loves them.

Grace! Trisha! Michelle! Jane! Lulu! I love every one of these women! The best nails, pedicures, AND lashes AND permanent makeup in the business. I really can't say enough good things about Graceful Nails. They are near and dear to me. I truly love them as people and as professionals. I will never go anywhere else. I come to the salon every couple of weeks or so. I’ve just started shellac manicures after my aesthetician took ill with cancer (very sad ). Always had natural manicures before. My daughter talked me into doing shellac so we go together. I love the staff at Graceful Nails. Today my treatment was with Lulu. She is so sweet and I love my nails!
