Every surface sparkled, and they went above and beyond — even tidying small areas I hadn’t mentioned. My home feels fresh, organized, and peaceful. They were friendly, professional, and respectful of my space. I’ve tried other cleaners before, but none have matched this level of quality and care. Wonderful customer service and crew! The 2 sweet ladies who did the move-out cleaning for me did a wonderful job. It took about 2-3 hours to finish, and they cleaned it very thoroughly. There was a slight miscommunication with the pricing, but the person I worked with was very responsive and willing to help. They even followed up with me to make sure I was all set. I highly recommend this company!

The Graceful Maids team are good cleaners! They arrive and are organized and swift. We love that since we have dogs to occupy while they’re cleaning. Admin office is always responsive with details and date changes. We’ve been with Graceful Maids for almost 3 years and remain happy.
