I have nothing but positive things to say about Graceful Lifestyles! I found this assisted living home through a referral company. They provided me with family reviews and the positivity of those reviews sparked my interest in learning more. We decided to have a cousin stay at this facility after my husbands Aunt was able stay here. Each time we stopped in the residents were celebrating birthdays, enjoying their meals, playing various card or board games and generally enjoying themselves. able to visit her twice a week and could easily see how well she adjusted to her new friends which included the head nurse and her care staff. We had exceptional care provided by the staff at Graceful Lifestyles former known as Casa Living Assistance Home to my Aunt for over 3 years. I was able to visit her twice a week and could easily see how well she adjusted to her new friends which included the head nurse and her care staff. I had to remove my relative asap. She, the owner demanded after my husband passed that I purchase a Hoya Lyft and a geri geri chair for my mom I found out from Office of Healthcare Quality that you aren't supposed to ask a family to buy those items. She owns the facility so she is suppose to have them already. She is rude and doesn't know how to talk to family or her staff. They mix up the residents clothes and toiletries with other residents.
Put your love one here if you’re not going to check on them on a regular basis. If you call to ask a question about your loved ones care, you are labeled as complaining and combative then your love one is evicted. How can you call it a memory care facility when you can’t handle someone with Alzheimer’s?!
