We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor than Graceann! As first-time homebuyers, there was a lot about the process that was completely new to us, and she was there to help us through all of it. Our search definitely wasn’t the easiest or the quickest. We were pretty set on finding the right house in a very specific area so we could keep our kids in the same schools, which made our options a lot more limited. Graceann was fantastic to work with. She communicated clearly, supported our needs throughout the process, followed up promptly, and made our sale as simple and stress‑free as possible. Highly recommend.
Graceann and her team (Michelle Honeycutt) are amazing. If I know of anyone needing to purchase / sell a home - I will INSTANTLY recommend them. I bought and sold my home in April 2025 and am truly happy in my new home and they made the transition angelic. Very prompt - hard working and made every effort to be as painless as possible. This is my 5th home and the best experience EVER. SO this was not my first rodeo. I even needed something 6 months after my purchase / sale - and without a doubt - same service - just AMAZING !... read more
