Dr. Grace Chan, My endorinologist at PAMF, Sutter Health, treating me for diabetes for many years (decades), is a wonderful charming caring, thoughtful, helpful doctor. She has continously monitored me several times a year (originally once a year, then 2X, and now quarterly) and has regularly updated my medications and adjusting to improve my responses and outcome.
