I made an appt and asked if they were able to do any testing that needed to be done in the event of bad pap results (thry obviously can not) we did a phone call about my test results (pap and blood) they charged my insurance $222 for a dang phone call. Insurance covered some but not all. How can you charge someone when you are calling after hours and its to go over results you had done or had ordered?? Wont go back to this place ever again!
Dr. Frey has been my doctor for the past 19 years, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about her. She has always been there for me and has come to my rescue more times than I can count. I cannot recommend Dr. Frey enough! From the moment I walked into Grace Women’s Center the staff was warm and welcoming. Dr. Frey has an incredible bedside manner. During my appointment, she took the time to listen to all my concerns, never making me feel rushed, and explained things clearly. I felt completely respected, heard, and at ease the entire time.
