What a difference 2 years makes. The optometrist treated my wife well, but the front desk person was rude. We scheduled our appointments together, but I was informed when we arrived that we lost one of our slots since we didn’t confirm (even though I received a confirmation text 2 hours earlier for both appointments). What is even worse, is that no one showed for the second time slot, so I am pretty sure the front desk person was just trying to make sure her day ended on time, as we scheduled late in the day.
