Tried this place out and the whole thing felt like just a chance to upsell everything. Starting at the desk they tried to have me pay for additional testing (fine if they would've asked) but they just included it as if it was part of my copay. My exam was so rushed literally took just minutes. Least thorough eye exam I've ever had. Then got my eyes dilated and was sent to look at glasses but I literally couldn't see and never was I asked if I needed any help. Dr. Larsen is truly exceptional!! She takes the time to listen, thoroughly explains everything, and creates a comfortable environment where no question feels silly. Her genuine care for her patients is evident, and I always feel confident that she has my best interest at heart. I highly recommend her!!
My first review was not positive however once I spoke to the office manager Mo, she not only listened to me but she remedied the situation. She was able to get me back into the store, had a different doctor relook at my prescription and corrected my contacts and glasses. The staff care about their customers enough to ensure that they leave satisfied. Most importantly is they did not pass judgment, were empathetic, and understanding.
