Dr. Larsen is truly exceptional!! She takes the time to listen, thoroughly explains everything, and creates a comfortable environment where no question feels silly. My first review was not positive however once I spoke to the office manager Mo, she not only listened to me but she remedied the situation. She was able to get me back into the store, had a different doctor relook at my prescription and corrected my contacts and glasses. The staff care about their customers enough to ensure that they leave satisfied. Most importantly is they did not pass judgment, were empathetic, and understanding. My first visit they tried to overcharge me with my insurance. It took 1 month to get my sample contacts ordered then when I get them they were the incorrect ones. The doctor argued with me until he finally look and saw that they were wrong. The doctor then tried to give me a pair that is not my prescription and which gave me a migraine 10 minutes after putting them in my eyes. Not to mention they would have damaged my vision by training my eyes to over compensate separately for short and long distances. And now I have no con... read more
